1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be returned in the same condition, including accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Devices with physical damage, water damage, burns, or tampering
- Custom modifications, or parts installed post-purchase
- Software or license keys
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 working days via the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours.
